Rooktkit Scan. Can't delete files.

I tried to delete the first two files but i got this error:

It says i cannot delete because spybot couldn't recall his cleaning mechanisms to remove these files.

From what i know, though i am not an expert, the temporary files shouldn't be that important right? Anyway spybot is running on admin rights. Can you guys tell me if the scan is ok? Do i need to delete anything? Maybe i should have asked here before trying to delete something but well...

I don't see any issues in that short log.

To clarify I take it you have elevated permissions as so: How can I get administrator rights under Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8?
