spybot isn't fixing this stupid virus oursurfing.com hyjacker

Please tell me how to get rid of this oursurfing.com hyjacker! I ca't even google it because all i get are ads for more software. I want to know what to do in a command promot that will eliminate this thing!

Please refer to the forum FAQ and the instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are used in the preliminary analysis.
