    Default How to temporarily disable SpyBoy Anti Virus

    Hi there.

    I suspect that the SpyBot AntiVirus is preventing itunes from connecting to its software server.
    How do I go about tempoarily disabling the AV to test this hypothesis?

    Removing the checkmark beside Live Protection should be enough to test that.Click on Live Protection with your mouse to remove the checkmark.You can do that by rightclicking the Spybot icon down by your computer clock.I put a link to a picture of the icon below,to help things along:
