    Default New SSD definitions tagged INFECTED!

    I dl' the 120205 definitions from MajorGeeks.
    Scanned with KAV. It came up infected. And this came from Jotti's malware scan.

    Must be a false positive by KAV? I hope.
    There is no 100% software solution to safeguarding one's OS setup. Only redundancy in separate media i.e. another HDD, in my case. I clone (Acronis MigrateEasy) my HDD every 2-5wks.

    Nothing found in that file with McAfee VirusScan @ Builld 10.0.27 Engine 4400 DAT 4641 (12-01-2005).

    Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.

    Just updated KAV again. They update every hour. They took away some definitions. Now the file scans CLEAN!!!
