Hi,
Not to much really bad that I can see, mostly has to do with Conduit which is considered a PUP ( Potentially Unwanted Program ) it most likely came bundled with some software that you downloaded and installed. I also am looking at uTorrent, P2P ( File Sharing ) is pretty dangerous, your downloading that file from an unknown source, not all but most contain malicious code of some sort, its like playing Russian Roulette Malwarewise. I would never allow any form of file sharing on any of my systems. You would be doing yourself a big favor by uninstalling it.
All our tools and scanners are safe to use and run, a lot of antivirus programs sometimes flag them as bad so just disregard the warnings, the purpose of this forum is to help you clean up your computer, not infect it.
Open notepad (Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> Notepad).
Please copy the entire contents of the code box below.
(To do this highlight the contents of the box, right click on it and select copy. Right-click in the open notepad and select Paste).
Name the file FIXLIST, Save it to your desktop where you have FRST/FRST64 or the fix wont work, . After you download it, open up FRST64 and click on FIX (Not Scan) It won't take long, after your computer reboots you will find a FIXLOG.TXT on your desktop, post it please
