Adding URLs Ignore Lists

Spybot Software Forum,

I am having problems with connecting to a particular URL/domain I need to sue for work and trying to eliminate all the possibilities. I added the URL to the Internet Explorer trusted list, added it to the safe list on Malwarebytes and I read the forums here for Spybot and searched but could not find a solution to add a URL or domain to be excluded (whitelisted/trusted/safe.)

My Question: Is it possible to add (force vs. doing it after Spybot would ask me if I want it whitelisted - which hasn't happened) a particular URLs/domains to the Ignore Lists?

If not, please instruct me to determine how to see if Spybot is blocking a particular URL/domain.

Oddly enough (or maybe not...) I have no domains or URLs that have been whitelisted and I really can't recall ever being asked if I want to add one to a whitelist. Either I am very lucky or maybe this is normal.
