Windows Explorer has stopped working

Just installed the new version of Spybot (free) and now when I right click Windows Explorer I get the WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING.....etc. What's up with that? How do I fix it, please?

Sorry, didn't word that right....the WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING.....message comes up when I right click the C drive icon, not when I right click windows explorer. A replay would be appreciated.
