Ran Spybot for the first time and now no internet

Okay, I'm at a loss here. I ran spybot on my PC to be proactive with making sure it was running clean. There was probably about 90 different text files that came up in my results. I chose to clean them all. Immediately after it was finished my Internet connection went down. It's isolated to just my PC as I have another wired device and wireless device connected to the same router and they work fine.

I don't know how to post a log or any other information as I can only use my phone at this point and cannot pull inforation off the PC.

Are there any tips as to what text file was deleted that could affect my Internet access?
