Error Updating Spybot- Can Never Download All Updates

Hello,

Whenever I try to update the program, it says there was an Error in downloading some of the updates. Here is what the log says:

Does anyone know what this could possibly be? I think this computer may have a virus..it is pretty slow.

If you're seeing the error message under antispyware updates,then you could try downloading the antispyware updates manually.There are instructions here:

Are you running Spybot as an administrator?

You can do this by right-clicking the Spybot icon and choosing the option to "run as administrator". This must be done to give Spybot the permissions it needs to function correctly.


If this does not work, this could be a proxy issue.

Please go to:
Start Center > Settings (tick "Advanced User Mode" if you do not see "Settings") > Internet Protection

In Internet Protection, please untick "Use Spybot Proxy" and "Use own proxy to download updates" if either of these is ticked.

Click "Apply" and "OK" and restart Spybot.

I think this computer may have a virus..it is pretty slow.

Please list:

Your version and edition of Spybot: http://www.safer-networking.org/shop/
The operating system.
Other security programs installed.
Any issues with the computer's performance other than slowness that may lead you to suspect a virus.
