Default thank you so very much

I wanted to thank you for your help in healing my comp.
I owe a donation this time...
I was wondering what I was sick with?
    Thanks again!

    Your welcome

To be able to give it a name, I can't.
Whatever it was attached to your browsers, to send you where it wanted and when it wanted to, and to bring in other unwanted nasty items, at that time was well hidden to boot up with the machine.

If you keep the appropriate additional security on the computer you will be better protected.
Also, learning how to not click on extra links and whatnots, is your first line of defense.
