Error occured during Antispyware updates

I uninstalled and started over, but got the same result.

This is the free version of SpyBot.

I am running Windows 7, 64 bit.

Where/what can I do to resolve? Otherwise, I assume my scan won't be complete.

Same here, update appears to be dead.

Its strange, some of my machines, the update works fine (downloads and installs updates), some give me a error about a missing update log. Some of them just say nothing new to update (no error) but they have not been updated in a week...It does not seem to be specific to the OS or application build and some are Win 7, some Win 10 all running the same version of Spybot.

Just where can I get help,,the email they send led to can not find servers
no set up help with download that I can find
spent my bucks so I guess Iam stuck
Iam not that computer savy,,but this download has been the most frustrating thing I have ever tried to do

I got this when I tried to update my definitions

"Trojans-ZL-000.sbi-20160113.cab" from http://safernet.mirrors.cu.be/spybot2/.

is this just a bad file or am I doing something wrong?

Hi I just tried the download again and this time it seems to have worked. Either the tech guys/gals have fixed the definition or something else has been fixed. Anyway here is the response that I got this time.
