Help with Malware removal

My Pc has recently been infected with Malware. I then tried cleaning my PC up with the Spybot search and destroy and indeed Spybot did manage to catch some malware. However, despite that my Pc still behaves erratically and still shows some clear symptoms of being infected with malware especially Goggle Chrome. Basically from time to time, i would be led to Bogous websites on Google Chrome automatically without my permission, however, i have no way to remove the malware that still persists in my computer. Could anyone here help me with this. Thanks for any help.
