Thumbs up RootKit Deep Search Results- Should I Delete all?? Should I not Delete all?

Good Day to You!! I'm using Win10. I'm using Free version. I've run Deep Scan as Admin.
A friend says I should ALWAYS DELETE ALL. Yesterday I did that. Machine still running ok all night and today.
Will my machine create new entries as it needs to, to run processes.. is THAT why I can "Delete ALL?"
Is one of the ideas here, to "get-to-know" what is "NORMAL" for my machine, enabling me to spot AB-NORMAL?
Can you direct me to information on exactly what I'm looking for? Many Thank-You's to you. Russ

    Hello rrruss2020,

If in doubt it might be best to leave as is or post the log here so someone can take a look.

The RootAlyzer is an analyst tool, sometimes even legitimate software may use rootkit technologies.

Do you suspect an infection, is that why you ran the scan?

    Best regards.
