    Got everything back up and running. It deleted all programs and apps except the ones you recommended and even made a list for me of what programs that were deleted. Slowly installing programs and getting back to where it was before this fiasco but gonna be looking into upgrading to an SSD soon. So, will be doing all this again soon anyway. Your help is/was greatly appreciated and the software will be utilized in the future I'm sure. Thanks again.

    Got almost all programs reinstalled and have ran a few scans from different programs and seems like its running great now. Updated everything and running antivirus now at 82% and nothing yet. Ill look into those links. Id like to get more educated and learn how and why you wrote that code. Still gonna upgrade to an SSD though.
