[dreifels]

it was AVIRA blocking this. Had to disable AVIRA, make unactive in autostart, and then boot. After sthe start of the PC w/o ANtivirus protection S&D could download and store all fine.
Then I made ann immunization, and after that I enabled AVIRA again in AUtostart and made a reboot.
Now both works fine w/o conflict, also updates of S&D.
