Computer Supper Slow, Please Help, Logs included

It doesn't look like anything is hogging it up right now, CPU totals 11-15%, Memory totals 45-51%. Next time it boggs I'll try it.

Should I run that one program I did the last time that cleaned off all these new logs and scaners I just downloaded? Or just manualy delete?

Let me throw out a point to ponder:

At every boot up applications that are coded to update regularly start mainly at that time.
These typically are Security suites you have such as McAfee and a few Dell programs and Microsoft Windows updates....

Just keep an eye open and watch.
