How do i get a proper invoice from Safer-Networking
Hello Forum,
Last month we bought a Technician Edition Renewal - The download link on the final page worked, but we did not get any emails from safer-networking after buying the software.
But our accounting (as pretty much all others too) need an invoice, which sn failed to send. I already opened two tickets about this and asked to resend the invoice, but those have been ignored for a week now. (I opened the tickets in the "Sales" category).
The two years before, Safer-Networking was able to send an invoice after buying the software. Why not this year?
How do I get a proper invoice? What channels do I use?
There should be already two tickets open for this case, with one unanswered and one answered incompletely (only license sent, no invoice): 2016060880000401, 2016060680000165
