what happened to spybot??

i just installed it again today as reinstalled windows and i cannot work out how to use it.

i can't find teatimer anywhere and it is not running in the background.

i tried to set up a whitelist for scannning and it just decided that i had actually asked it to make the entire computer a whitelist which took 3 hours of scanning because it wouldn't let me cancel it.

i'm uninstalling this bloatware that no longer runs fast and cleanly like it used to.

Which version and edition of Spybot did you install: https://www.safer-networking.org/

Teatimer is not part of version 2x. https://www.safer-networking.org/faq/is-there-any-replacement-for-teatimer-resident/
