Spybot + anti virus home Errors

I have had such good luck with your software. Now I have a problem. I recently moved and had to choose net zero stick for my internet connection. The problem is that the icon is gray instead of blue. I noticed that gray and did a mouse over the find an error that says No updates found, this is wrong! So I open the start center to see about the updates the upper right icons say that live protection is on, that internet protections is full but again the update error.

So I go to updates in start center and click on updates and get errors

[00:00.437] [-] The antivirus update failed to download files!

I contacted support but no activity on their end. Can someone help
