Default Spybot detects items, but they always come back!

Ever since I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 via free upgrade, I have had terrible problems with it. I have always ran McAfee Anti-Virus and have never had any issues. I am currently still using McAfee. I continuously run Spybot and quarantine or delete the detections but as soon as I access Chrome, the malware/adware keeps coming back. There aren't any extensions or plug-ins or add ons that I am aware of in Chrome to delete, there isn't any adware program to uninstall from the Control Panel that I can find, and for some reason, I am unable to reset my computer to factory settings. Specifically, I am having issues with "Ads by Provider" but I cannot seem to the find the source to permanently get rid of it. Any suggestions?

    Hello autumnrstarr,

Did you elevate Spybot's permissions? https://forums.spybot.info/showthrea...strator-rights

    Best regards.

no i did not. Should I?

**I just noticed that the top of the window already says administrator priveledges. I am able to quarantine/purge items detected, but just as soon as I open the internet browser, the ads come back! It is making my computer run incredibly slow.

    Hi autumnrstarr,

For someone to take a look at the system please start a new topic in the Malware Removal Forum and a volunteer analyst will advise.

First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
