I accessed some normal websites that triggered the "ads by provider" before, and nothing happened
    Glad to hear this.

I wasn't online last night, sorry I wasn't here to see the question.

Whats the computer doing now? Finding 1 threat isn't alarming but, would like to see where that was located?

I woke up this morning and it was still frozen and blank so I closed it and started it again. I was able to see it got to 1 hour 4 minutes and it still wasnt done scanning but I did not get to see where the threat was :/ attached is a photo. It froze AGAIN!

    Dangit Eset!

OK, let's give it a break for a day, since it's running better.

Most often it's your onboard antivirus that interferes, thats just an opinion.

Work with the computer and do your usual stuff (for lack of a better word) and make notes if something pops it's ugly head up.

I use McAfee so I turned the Firewall off and Real-Time Scanning off. Maybe there was something else I was supposed to turn off?

I turned it all back on today to use it and I have accessed several websites and have been able to use the computer with no issues so far. Ideally, I'd like to remove all threats but as of right now, it's tolerable. Thanks for all the help thus far. I'll check back in tomorrow.
