The Application Wouldn't Scan - This was my fault! I apologize.

I had an old version of Spybot on the computer. Tried everything I could to get it to initialize, update and run.
Deleted Spybot and re-installed the newest edition. Still wouldn't work. Yelled at you folks via email.
Then noticed that with the new download comes an update, right there on my desktop, that re-installs Spybot after
Windows 10 has screwed it up. So I downloaded the fix for Windows 10 and now everything seems to be working
like it should.
My bad, Spybot people. I apologize. I will pay closer attention in the future.
