Missing database signatures

I've just installed Spybot in a new laptop. Having updated the signatures, I proceeded to perform a system scan. However, the corresponding panel informs that "some database signatures are missing" (3 of them). Trying to re-update the stuff produces no result.

Also, the system scan is inactive. Is the above responsible for that?

And, there's a link located on that page that leads to here, it's some things you can try to get the updates.It says sometimes the first updates don't work. You've already tried updating again,so I guess it wouldn't be that, but you can run through the rest of the page and see if anything helps.
