    Default Help needed

    Hello, I am a new user and have just signed on. I have downloaded SpyBot and I have a question, how do I start a system scan when I click on nothing happens.

    I used syybot sometime ago and everything is new to me. I am 81 years old so please have a little patience with me. I am afraid I many have some malware that will not load the page to see although i do have it loaded on my computer: one of the sites that will not display the page and one is a registry ccleaner that will quit running.

    I am running IEplorer windows 8.1.
