    Default Startup Tools and Windows 10 64 bit

    I noticed that Startup Tools (for S&D 2.5) is no longer working properly (it display a bland white screen) for Windows 64bit (must be after one of MS update as it used to work). I opened the program as admin. If I change the properties of SDTools to be windows 7 or 8 compatible then it does display the windows menu properly but the hour glass never finishes.

    It also uses tons of cpu (~30% on a i7) so something may be stuck.

    I did open the support ticket the same day, but received just a lame response:
    "Startup Tools may become non-responsive at first as it is gathering and loading all of your System Information..."

    Same response from support for me. How do they expect anyone to buy the products when parts don't work and they refuse to acknowledge that a problem even exists. really lame
