WIndows defender turns off spybot
I seem to have an additional complication recently in that according to control panel WIndows defender is running and I cannot close it (Option greyed out). COntrol panel also says that SPybot is off. If I try and turn on spybot+AV I cannot from control panel as option is greyed out. However if I hover over the spybot icon on the task bar it says 'live protection on' 'AS+AV active' 'internet protection'. So WIndows Control panel seems to be contradicting spybot. I am confused as it has always been OK before. Any suggestions
