Allowed remote access to someone claiming to be from microsoft

My wife allowed access to our computer from someone claiming to be from Microsoft. Now I think our computer may be infected because of it. I reset my passwords, downloaded malwarebytes anti-malware, bought S&D 2 and attempted to use it. I'm in way over my head here and I really need some help, PLEASE, if you would help me figure this out I could rest easier. I'm having trouble running the Far Bar tool, it tries to update over and over. the only way it would run is when I shut off my wifi but the FRST.txt file it produces is 530 kb and is to large to post. here are the other two. Please advise.

The developer of Farbar Recovery Scan Tool has been notified and the tool has been updated.

If you would please, delete the one you have and download a fresh version.

After, it might work best if you copy and paste the logs in instead of posting as attachments.

• Note: Download and run the version compatible with your system (32 or 64-bit). Download both if you're unsure; only one will run.
• Right-Click FRST.exe / FRST64.exe and select Run as administrator to run the programme.
• Click Yes to the disclaimer.
• Ensure the Addition.txt box is checked.
• Click the Scan button and let the programme run.
• Upon completion, click OK, then OK on the Addition.txt pop up screen.
• Two logs (FRST.txt & Addition.txt) will now be open on your Desktop. Copy the contents of both logs and paste in your next reply.
