Default Cannot remove SDHookDrv64.sys and spybot s&d folder as process is in use

I had to remove Spybot unfortunately due to it being "incompatible" with Bitdefender 2017. However i had to remove most of the files manually using File Assassin. Now i have got SDHookDrv64.sys and a Spybot S&D folder in program files (x86) which cannot be unlocked or deleted. I have tried reinstalling uninstalling and using the Unintall000.exe files to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

It is part of the Bitdefender Total Security 2017 setup package it brings up a list of incompatible programs i have several security programs installed on my machine spybot was the only one that flagged. I had the latest version available licensed for home use.
    thanks for your prompt reply.

Spybot Home includes an anti-virus which would be why Bit Defender told you it wasn't compatible with their suite.

Rule of thumb is one firewall and one anti virus program resident to avoid conflicts, loss of program efficiency and system lock up due to both software products attempting to access the same files at the same time.
