I just want to report an incompatibility / bug when using Skype for Business and Spybot S&D.

Problem
When entering meetings I was getting audio distorsion with only 1 other participant present (screen sharing was working but only for several minutes at a time).
When we had 5-6 participants I only got a blank white screen from the presenter (but audio was ok).

Solutions attempted
Switched off Peer Block
Ran windows updates
Installed latest graphics card and other drivers
Researched the exact port numbers required by Skype for Business (but adding them to Eset Smart Security (my internet securty) gave no improvement.
Tried running the firewall on Interactive mode so that I could pick up any blocked traffic
Removed any block rules from the firewall

Specifications
Windows 7 64bit Professional (build 7601 SP1)
Sapphire PCI Express R7 260X 2GB Graphics Card
Intel HD graphics 4600
Asus 29" Monitor VN289Q
Intel i5-4690 Haswell Refresh 3.50ghz
HyperX 8gb
Gigabyte GA-Z97M-DS3H rev 1001 (1.1)
Coolermaster 650w GX (CM Rs650-acaad3-uk gx 8)
System has plenty of free ram and runs at 99% free CPU usage most of the time

Solution
I began to suspect that something injected into the browser was at fault as tinkering with the Firewall for weeks wasn't helping. Skype for Business uses Internet Explorer to begin meetings. I have Windows 7 x64 for IE11.

In the end I did an undo on the Immunization for Spybot and uninstalled the program. Everything works properly now and I have perfect screen sharing from participants and no audio distorsion at all. I just wanted to share this bug report with Spybot devs so that you are aware of it and can look into the problem if you desire. I'm happy to have fixed the problem but obviously I would like to be able to use Spybot again in the future. I hope this was helpful to you.
