I'm really not a cheater

Every time I start SB I get a pop-up stating that I have it installed on 2 computers violating my terms of use.
I have "SB Home on this computer and I used to have the free version on my other networked computer but uninstalled it.
I started getting these pop-ups when I added my wife as a user on this computer.
My question is, "Does 2 users on the same computer count as two computers?"

Windows7 Pro is this computer with SB home installed.
The other networked computer that no longer has SB installed is Win10.
