Hi! New to Forum and to Spybot

I would like to know if someone could help me with a quick explanation with what I'm seeing here. (and bonus if you are able to look at wireshark and see if you can detect something strange). :-) :-) :-)

About a week ago, I had my laptop restart itself (after hesitating.. I know that Windows Updates kinda just give me that blue screen with its automatic restarting but this was different) and I saw this brand new profile with Spybot (I did a factory reset on it and got rid of it and got on another laptop):

Please list:

• Version and edition of Spybot: https://www.safer-networking.org/shop/
• Other security programs installed
• Any issues with the computer's performance

A 'brand new profile', could you clarify and provide more details please.
