Stuck on Update

I have the latest version of sybot (i think?) and when I try to do an update it gets stuck. Please let me know how to make it complete the update. Thanks!!

I watched the video but not only do updates not appear to pickup where they left off but after 4 attempts it still sticks. I've even walked away and come back an hour or 2 later, still imcomplete.
Latest msg: Your signatures were updated 0 days ago, ... status check complete there are updates available. I'm about to give up. What now??

Also, what is the operating system.
