    Default Incompatibility between SB 2.5 licensed and Kaspersky 2017 on windows 10

    hi folks, i'm on the issue since 3 days, it seem and incompatibility between sb 2.5 and Kaspersky 2017, removing SB, all work fine,

    i have a complet support ticket Ticket#2017050780000118 but no body reply to it since two day.... : ((((((((((

    does i have to gave up and do like Kaspersky tell ? use : 'superantispware' .... ??????

    Two anti virus programs are installed?

    Rule of thumb is one firewall and one anti virus program resident to avoid conflicts, loss of program efficiency and system lock up due to both software products attempting to access the same files at the same time.

    FAQ: "Does Spybot conflict with other antivirus programs?"

    If you are using another antivirus program that contains Live Protection, Real-time Protection or some equivalent, this could be conflicting with Spybot’s Live Protection and causing your issue.
    You can avoid this by disabling Live Protection on either Spybot or your other antivirus program.

    To disable “Live Protection” on Spybot, please do the following:

    • Open Spybot by right-clicking on the Spybot icon and choosing the option to “Run as Administrator”.
    • In Start Center, click “Settings” (tick the checkbox next to “Advanced user mode” if you do not see “Settings”).
    • In Settings, go to the “Live Protection“ tab.
    • Untick the checkbox for “Scan programs before they start”.
    • Click “Apply” and “OK”, and restart Spybot for your changes to take effect.

    There is also a button for “Show Live Protection advanced controls” on this page. If you click this button you will see two options:

    1. “Uninstall Live Protection” (this may require you to reboot)
    2. “Deactivate Live Protection”

    You can choose either of these.

    I tashi thanks for the help, in fact usualy i use kav for anti viral purpose and SB for spyware, with vaccination & white list, i also use malware byte anti malware,

    i used the tweak to disable realtime protection (disable not removed)

    and still facing the issue,

    at this time i've uninstalled Spybot and seeking a fix or an alternative,

    hope you can help, i'm regular user since age,

    Hi tashi i'm pleased to inform you that performing uninstall of real time scan seem to have fixed the issue, unfortunately because i get no time to do it i'll did not create a white list, but at this time, i've performed 90% of the installation of my base software and did not faced the issue again,

    Anyway please allow me 2 or 3 day to confirm all is ok ; ))))
