    I think it would be wise to reset Google Chrome.

    Instructions on how to backup your Favourites/Bookmarks and other data can be found below.

    Proceed with the reset once done.

    I reset Google etc. Did you say get rid of tools and quarantine folders is next?

    Yes, if all appears normal now we'll go ahead and finish up.

    DelFix

    • Please download DelFix or from Here and save the file to your Desktop.
    • Double-click DelFix.exe to run the programme.

    • Click the Run button.
