Default Windows error - no disk

When I run Spybot S&D v. 1.4, I get a Windows error message saying, "There is no disk in the drive." I uninstalled and re-installed the program, but am getting the same message. When the re-install was running, the default locations all looked right - G:programs\ etc. Can anyone tell me what is going on? I was able to click "Continue" all the way through a scan, but it revealed no clues as to whether there might be something disabling S&D.

    Thank you.

If you have a device assigned to drive C: that has removable media, put the media in it.

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.
