    Thank you for the information.

    Of course there is always the possibility of infection but by your description it is possible the machine may have additional problems.

    To find out it would be useful for someone to take a look at the system in our malware removal forum but usually they assist with personal PCs. Is this a business or personal computer, please let me know.

    I do both business and personal. Your response to me does not explain why I can't download all of Spy Bot. I paid for it I should be able to download ALL of fit and it be FULLY fundtional. It has been well over 24 hours now and Spy Bot has NOT RESPONDED to my case.

    Yes you provided a link and I appreciate it. I used it.

    They issued me ticketnumber "Ticket#2017122680000328] which had my licensed app; I downloaded it.

    It gave me 2 error messages. They are:

    1. [05:56.453] [-] Failed to download updated Spybot 2 antivirus signatures!
    2. [05:56.453] [-] The antivirus update failed to download files!

    It won't run. I replied back to them and gave them all of this information. It has been over 36 house now since I replied back with the error messages. They have not responded to me. What am I suppose to do? I am not getting any support fromk Spy Bot. Why?

    2 1/2 days an not word from Spy Bot Team. Not a we're working on it or go*()$ yourself. Nothing.

    I do apologize, we cannot assist with this support ticket in the forums.

    It is possible there may be a glitch in the system that is being worked on.

    I have just requestred spybot open a new ticket for my issues. There hasn't been any response of any kind since December 27. Grest customer service they have. You wanted to know about other software and I thought I had given that info but reading through the thread I see that I really didn't address it directly.

    I have Malwarebytes and CCleaner that I use ocassionally as a stand alone process. Microsoft Defender is there too but it is unwanted. I'll delete it if I can ever get SpyBot to do what they should honestly do.
