    Default HKUS\s-1-5-21 Virus.

Hello. Thank you for coming. So I was doing a Spybot scan and this thing called HKUS\s-1-5-21 came up. I hit fix selected and after that I did another scan. The same thing popped up again the HKUS\s-1-5-21. I am not sure if I should be concerned about this. Thank you (:

The HKUS\S-1-5-21-2280389009-139693228... are all listed under location. Location just shows where the things Spybot detects are located in the registry, so it's nothing to worry about.
As for what Spybot is detecting, if you look under category it lists them all as Tracks. Those aren't anything to worry about either, there's an explanation of Usage Tracks on this page:

    Default Okay, phew

Thank you! Much appreciated. (: I had the same thing but, instead of the MS DirectInput it said 7zip. I do have 7zip downloaded, is that a problem? Thank you.

    You're welcome.
No, having 7-Zip should not be a problem. If you look at 7-Zip in your Spybot scan and it is listed as Tracks under Categories, then it just means Spybot is cleaning up some Usage Tracks 7-Zip left behind.
