I opened it on Jan 9, for my PC.

Tech Support answered on Jan 15 telling me to download an update. They had had email problems.

I did as they wrote, and replied that day, telling them that I still had problems: 2.6 had failed to install, leaving my PC at 2.4.

Not having heard from them, I installed 2.6 on my wife's PC.

I wrote to them on Jan 22 telling them of problems immediately after installation.

I am yet to receive a reply.

On Feb 1 I bumped this ticket by creating another ticket specifically for my wife's PC. I am yet to receive an auto-reply which would give me the ticket number .

I have licenses for 2 PCs.

I would appreciate some help, perhaps by PM.

I have created logs of the 2 installations. You are welcome to them.

I do wonder whether Safer Networking has problems with 2.6 Home.
