    Default Live Protection

    Hello to one and all........

    can someone help me please
    I am a registered user of the home addition
    I can't seem to turn on live protection
    it says on the window of the start menu
    live protection is not installed

    How did it go? Did you get Live Protection installed?

    I am at a lost why it's not working for me
    my last attempt it said that I was using two licence
    does technical support take over your computer
    remote that would be fantastic am not trying any more
    I have tried it a dozen times today put it on my computer
    then taking it off if anyone can help I really appreciated
    I'm using it on my laptop with windows 10

    I'm not 100% certain, but I don't think technical support does remotely connect into anyone's computer. I believe they just give you instructions by email. You can ask them about that when you contact them for technical support, though.

    Please go here and click I Have A License, then fill out the form. Let them know about the problems getting Live Protection installed, as well as it saying you're using two licenses during the last attempt.
