Arrow Bitdefender Error message upon Shut Down

My solution to the Bitdefender (software) error in Spybot is to use a program called "Unlocker", which allows you to unlock the C:\TMP directory in which the Bitdefender.dmp file is to be stored. If no handle is found, you can alternately choose just to DELETE the TMP file through the 'Unlocker' software.

(I went one step further and created a new TMP file and changed its 'permissions' (under Properties) so that 'all users' are DENIED permission to alter the TMP file (supposedly so that the error can't be stored there).
I don't know if this last step is abs necessary, but this step, in addition to using 'Unlocker' , worked)

Thanks for letting us know. Now we can refer to this thread if our measures should fail for some users.
