In Spybot Home Edition, under settings/Browsers, it shows over 100 IE browsers even though I unchecked IE in Windows features in Windows 8.1 64. Is this a sign of a problem?

I unchecked (disabled?) them and ran a scan. They are still all there. I don't understand why it is showing all the IE browsers since I disabled/uninstalled IE as far as Win 8.1 will let me.
