Spybot 2.7 Installation error - SDWSCSvc.exe

During installing Spybot v2.7.64.0 I reproducibly get an error message about the installer unable to create/access SDWSCSvc.exe.

The installation completes, but the program doesn't run correctly because the mentioned file is missing.

Copying it from an older installation seems to remedy the issue, but the installer should be able to copy/create the latest version of this file by itself.

There was a bug in older versions where if you untick the integration of windows security center during installation, you got a CreateProcess failed; code 2 error. I'm not sure if that bug is in the Spybot 2.7 version. Did you untick the integration of windows security center during installation?
