HP Laptop running slow and freezing. found virtumonde.sci on it

Hello,

My computer has been ultra slow and when I ran Spybot I noticed it scanned something called virtumonde.sci which googling that I found this place.

attached are the logs from the Farbar program, everytime I tried running aswMBR the computer would suddenly shutdown and restart so I do not have those logs.

I did have Spybot fix the issues that it had found before finding this site and reading, also I couldn't find how to access the teaTimer so I have uninstalled Spybot for now.
