Cyberreason has detected ransomware, everywhere files are appearing, I can't send pictures :/

I'm too stressed to find my battery, what shall I do, go to the police ?

Cyberreason said that I eliminated ransomware, I will take pacience to look for my photo machine battery s I won't connect more devices to it. But I think it is still here.
