I've tried locating info for this.....
Can you boot into safe mode and tell us if the problem exists in safe mode? (to boot into safe mode use win key +"X>shutdown or log out>while holding the shift key down click restart)
switching from Sleep mode to Hibernate seems to have helped.
Some other 3rd party app could be causing this but I would start by running a system file check.
Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM (if necessary)
