Default Spybot scan freezes, version 2.7.64.0 - Malware scanner 2.7.64.191

    Hello there.

After the last windows 10 update I have problems with spybot scanning.
The spybot scan freezes on "Zoom Player" product and the program remains still on "save scan report" and I need force the closing.

I have tried remove and reinstall SpyBot Search and Destroy + AV 2.7, without success, the problem is persistent.

My version is 2.7.64.0 and Malware scanner 2.7.64.191

    Please, can you help me.

    Best regards
    Vincenzo

Hi Zenobia, thank you for reply.

    I have contacted Spybot support.

The suggestion of Spybot support :

    Code:
Please try a scan in "Safe Mode".

Please restart your machine in "Safe Mode with Networking", and then perform a scan with Spybot.
I have tried a scan in "Safe Mode" on Windows 10 S.O.

    Now the error is :

    Code:
the process has terminated because it could not allocate additional memory
    Please, can you help me.

Hi, there, thanks for replying back. It's probably best if you continue on with Spybot support as I don't know how to fix that error, and they would know Spybot error codes well. I assume you can reply to their email, though I've never gotten help from Spybot Support myself. Including the error in the message is good, and if you also got an error code and know what it is, that might be helpful to them if you include it in your message. If something happens that you can't email them back, or you don't get a reply after a few days, please post back here. Thanks.
