    EDIT - after a restart, only eset, tweaking and MWB are still on the desktop.

    Most people (and its recommended) keep malwarebytes anti-malware and use it as a secondary scanner.
    When first downloaded it comes in as the Premium version for 2 weeks then switches over to the free version but continues to update and scan

    ESET Online Scanner

    go to Add or Remove Programs (filename: APPWIZ. CPL) from the Control Panel, select ESET Online Scanner and click Remove. A restart may be required to complete the uninstallation.

    If it's just the icon left on desktop, right click on that and select delete.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    The same applies to tweaking backup, check add/remove programs list, if it's just the icon right click on that and delete.
