    For anyone else who has had this issue, I followed the re-installation instructions (unimmunize, uninstall, delete C:/ folders, etc.) and re-install and nothing happened. But the debug tool fixed it instantly! Hooray! tashi

    Thumbs up It Worked

    I had the same problem last year and didn't renew my subscription because it never got fixed. But I figured by now it would be. So I got another subscription. I was wrong, the same problem and after trying half a dozen things, this was the thing that finally worked. Wish I had discovered it sooner.
