If it wont allow it, means it's to big of a file.

Use your computer today as you would normally and give me an update tomorrow if it's still working as good as it is today.

well it's running far better that when i came in. the only thing i see abnormal is the mouse being so irregular at some sites but game sites where i expect it to. when i click on a tab now it takes off, just rarely does it hang up. i guess it's not gonna get better than it is, not sure it can so...

It could be the mouse rather then the machine.

In time could be fixed through updating your pointing device driver, like mouse, keyboard and touchpad driver. I would think in time that windows would update this or a visit to the manufacturer and check to see if there are updates for your laptop/computer.

    Let's remove tools and folders.

Use this tool to remove quarantined items:

Please download KpRm by Kernel-panik and save to your Desktop.
    • Click on KpRm.exe to run the tool.

Vista/Windows 7/8/10 users right-click and select Run As Administrator.
    • Put a check mark next to these items:

      - Delete tools
    • Click the "Run" button.

    • When the tool has finished, it will create and open a log report and delete itself.
