    Default My spy bot

    HI, I AM NOT COMPUTER PROFESSIONAL, BUT I CAN MOVE AROUND EASILY.
    Everytime I have to pay and get a new licence, I have hard time to set up my next year account. Can You help?
    Beside that, I have microsoft 10......and I can't find out my account,..... did I pay? When is my new payment period?.....What kind of spy.bot I have?...... What is my latest update?
    SORRY< I can't find anything into my computer about my account. Is there a method to do find?

    I like SPY.BOT and I am very happy with, but every time I renew licence is a PAIN!!!
    For instance, I payed today, I have a licence, I received an email that I paid... and I open spy.boat and is telling me I have 6 more day to renew... I could go to paying page again.

    Hello.
    You should have received a license key in your Purchase Receipt email. If you haven't already, then you would input that license key into your Spybot to renew your license. There's a Youtube video outlining how to do so that you can watch:

    Or, you can read about it on the FAQ psge:

    The Your License tab, if/when you choose to overwrite your existing license with your new license, will show most of the information you'd like to see, such as the edition you received a license for, your registered name, when your license started to protect you, and how long the license protects you for.

    Thanks so much for your answer, I follow at YOUTUBE video and I learn how to do it, and I found there few more video, that answer me some questions I had.

    I enter the new licence and it is written that I have one more year, but the green portion it was not moving to the end, as I expected in a downșload.... but the data(one year) is there, SO I GUESS ALL IS GOOD.
